Is the Integrity Dental Membership Plan the same as dental insurance?
No. The Integrity Dental Membership Plan is an in-house membership plan offered directly by our practice. It is not insurance. It is designed to provide affordable access to preventive care and discounts on additional treatment for patients who do not have dental insurance.
Can I use the plan on the same day I enroll?
Yes! There are no waiting periods. Your benefits are available immediately upon enrollment.
Does the plan cover restorative or cosmetic treatment?
The plan covers the preventive services listed in your chosen tier. For any additional treatment — including restorative and cosmetic procedures — plan members receive a 15% courtesy discount (10% for orthodontics).
Can I enroll my whole family?
Yes. Each family member can be enrolled in the plan tier that best fits their needs. Please contact our office for details on family enrollment.
What happens if I need more than the included services?
If you need treatment beyond what is included in your plan, you will receive a 15% discount on all additional diagnosed treatment (10% on orthodontics). There are no annual maximums or deductibles.
