Natural-Looking Implant Crowns, Bridges & Dentures
Dental implants are the gold standard for tooth replacement โ but the implant post is only part of the solution. The restoration (the crown, bridge, or denture that attaches to the implant) is what you actually see and use every day. At Integrity Dental Group, we specialize in crafting beautiful, natural-looking implant restorations that complete your smile.
We work with any oral surgeon or periodontist who has placed your implant posts. Once your implants have fully integrated with the jawbone (typically three to six months after placement), we take digital impressions and design your custom restoration using our in-office CEREC technology โ allowing us to deliver same-day crowns in many cases.
We serve patients throughout Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Auburn, Solon, Twinsburg, Aurora, and Moreland Hills. If you have implant posts in place and are ready for your restoration, we would love to help you complete your smile.

Our Approach
Implant Crowns
A custom-fabricated crown placed over a single implant post, restoring the look and function of one missing tooth.
Implant-Supported Bridges
A bridge anchored to implant posts rather than natural teeth, replacing multiple consecutive missing teeth.
Implant-Retained Dentures
Full or partial dentures secured to implant posts for dramatically improved stability, comfort, and chewing efficiency.
CEREC Same-Day Restorations
In many cases, we can design and place your implant crown in a single appointment using our in-office CEREC technology.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do implant restorations last?
With proper care, implant crowns and bridges can last 15 to 25 years or longer. The implant post itself can last a lifetime. Regular dental visits and good home care are key to longevity.
Can you restore implants placed by another dentist or surgeon?
Yes. We routinely restore implants placed by oral surgeons and periodontists throughout the area. We will need the implant records and specifications to fabricate the correct restoration.
How do I care for my implant restoration?
Care for your implant restoration just like your natural teeth โ brush twice daily, floss daily, and come in for regular cleanings. Implant crowns cannot decay, but the surrounding gum tissue and bone still need care.
Is the implant restoration process painful?
The restoration phase (placing the crown, bridge, or denture) is typically comfortable and does not require anesthesia. Any discomfort is usually minimal and short-lived.
